You do not need to know your diagnosis or treatment goals to get in touch, as that is often a big part of our initial work together. All you have to know is what in your life is concerning or confusing to you. We would be glad to provide a brief, initial phone consultation to address any questions you might have.
Getting Started
When you are ready to get started, you may call Dr. Lindmeier directly at (415) 689-8226 or email her at hello@arrowpsychotherapy.com to schedule your first appointment. If you chose to email, Dr. Lindmeier, she will do her best to return your contact with a phone call to better discuss any questions and/or concerns you may have.
Please note that your voicemail or email message will be returned as soon as possible within 24 hours. An immediate response cannot be guaranteed by either phone or email.
virtual Sessions
While office visits are best, we also offer video and phone sessions. Therapy via our tele-health platform requires a high speed internet connection, and a microphone and/or speakers. We would be happy to discuss this option on a case by case basis.
Insurance
We do not accept third party payment from any health plan. We will, however, be happy to provide you with an itemized bill each month, which you may submit directly to your health plan for reimbursement according to your policy provisions.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept payment via cash, check, Venmo and Square Cash.
Notice to patients and prospective patients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
